Underneath the finish is a quality built home where we have taken additional steps to ensure that you are getting a top-of-the-line constructed home. We use stem wall construction to elevate your finish floor 18-24 inches up from the grade of the lot. Under the slab and in the walls we place pest control tubes for termite treatment. The exterior walls of the first floor are constructed using concrete block while the second floor exterior walls use 2x6's for added insulation and window offsets with 10 foot ceilings standard throughout. On the top level of the home you will find R-30 insulated attics and long life Architectural shingles or tile roofs to finish off your new home.
